• DELETION AND OPT OUT OF SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

    Submit this form with your information to request opt-out and deletion from MyLife.com. Requests are processed within the legally required time frames. Any profile listing published on our website that matches your information, will be permanently removed. The information you provide is to make sure MyLife removes the correct record(s), particularly if there are multiple profiles or records under the same name or a similar name.   • Consumer Rights

    Residents of some U.S. states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia (and other states as new laws become effective) provide their consumers with rights to "opt out" of sale of their personal information and/or to "delete" that information from company databases. We provide these options to residents of these states and (at our discretion) residents of other states as well.

  • Right to Opt-out of the Sale of Your Personal Information.

    If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that we stop selling your Personal Information. To exercise the right to opt-out, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a request to us by:

    Once we receive your request, we will process your request within 15 business days. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request to opt-out on your behalf, as long as you provide the authorized agent with written permission to do so that has been signed by you and the agent provides such proof to us when they submit your request. If you opt-out and subsequently enter into any transactions where a sale of your personal information is required as a condition of completing the transaction, we will provide you with instructions on how you may opt back in. In addition, your opt-out will not affect any situations where you direct us to transfer your personal information to a third party. You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.
